I didn't receive the verification email
Check spam and promotions folders first, verification mail is transactional but can still be misclassified by strict filters. If it's not there:
- From the "Thank you for your registration!" screen, click Resend verification email. There's a short cooldown to prevent abuse.
- If repeated resends don't arrive within a few minutes, the problem is almost always on the mail provider's side (corporate email gateways are the usual suspect). Try a personal address.
Forgot password, and reset email never arrived
We respond identically to both known and unknown email submissions; that's intentional, to prevent anyone from discovering which emails have accounts. So if no email arrives:
- Double-check the email you entered matches the address you signed up with.
- Check spam and promotions.
- Wait ~1 minute. Mail delivery can be bursty.
- If you still hit silence, contact us and we'll re-issue manually.
Scoring looks wrong on the season leaderboard
First, confirm the session is Finalized. Draft and Live sessions don't contribute to the season leaderboard at all. If every relevant session is finalized and totals still look off, the two usual culprits are:
- Scoring type mismatch. A league set to Best N of M only counts each team's top N. Check the league's scoring configuration on the league page.
- Tiebreaker confusion. Two teams may actually be tied; the listed order is then chosen by the league's tiebreaker rule. The tiebreaker is shown on the league page under "Scoring Configuration."
If a specific score looks wrong inside a session, open the session and edit it directly (see editing scores).
The public page shows "No scores recorded yet"
This is the expected state for a session that's Live but has no scores yet, or for a league whose only sessions are still Draft. Draft sessions never appear publicly. Go live on a session with at least one score entered, and the page populates immediately.
I can't find a league I created
Log in at /login. Every active league you host is listed on your dashboard. If it's still not there:
- Archived? Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click "Show N archived leagues" — archived leagues are hidden by default. Use the Unarchive button on the card to restore it.
- Wrong account? If you've signed in to the wrong account (e.g. a work address vs. a personal one), sign out and try the other one.
Something else broke
Email us with:
- The URL you were on.
- What you tried to do.
- What you expected vs. what happened.
We read every message.
